🌍 What is ACHI Afro fitness?
ACHI Afro fitness is a culturally rooted, wellbeing-focused movement programme based in Oxford. We empower women of all backgrounds—especially from ethnically diverse and low-income communities—through Afro-inspired fitness.
Our sessions are joyful, stress-relieving, and inclusive. No dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move, breathe, and feel better.
