The Oxford Afrobeats Festival 2025 is a vibrant annual community event, now in its 4th year, taking place on Saturday, 2nd August 2025 at Blackbird Leys Park, Oxford.
Launched in 2021, the festival was created to celebrate African and Caribbean culture, while promoting community inclusiveness, diversity, and unity. It features live Afrobeats music, cultural performances, family-friendly entertainment, food, art, dance, and community stalls—all in a joyful, welcoming space.
The festival continues to grow year after year, bringing together thousands of people from across Oxfordshire. It plays a powerful role in improving mental health and wellbeing by providing a positive space for social connection, cultural pride, and creative expression.
Free and open to all, the Oxford Afrobeats Festival is more than an event—it’s a movement that uplifts the community and celebrates the beauty of diversity in Oxford.
